ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive the individual care, respect, and companionship they deserve. This casual bank position provides true flexibility, allowing you to choose shifts that fit around your personal commitments while providing essential cover for annual leave or sickness across day or night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living needs, including personal care, nutrition, and mobility support.
Follow tailored care plans to ensure person-centred, high-quality care.
Provide warm companionship, taking time for one-to-one engagement and creating positive experiences for residents.
Support care staff and clinical colleagues to maintain a safe, welcoming home environment.
ABOUT YOU

Requirements & Attributes:
Experience: Previous experience caring for older people.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
