ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents. Using your clinical expertise and professional judgment, you will provide critical clinical care and support while enjoying the flexibility to choose shifts that fit around your personal lifestyle and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver person-centred nursing care to residents with a wide range of physical and mental healthcare needs.

• Formulate, evaluate, and update individual care plans and comprehensive risk assessments.

• Administer medications safely in full compliance with NMC standards and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

• Respond effectively to clinical situations and make sound autonomous clinical decisions.

• Foster a safe, supportive, and dignified care home environment for residents and their families.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled clinician who takes pride in maintaining exceptional healthcare standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Registration: Active, valid NMC Registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).

• Clinical Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices, regulatory frameworks, DoLS/MCA, and safe medication administration.

• Skills: Strong experience in producing well-developed care plans, risk assessments, and making autonomous clinical decisions.

• Mindset: Person-centred, thoughtful, and adaptable with excellent communication skills.
