As a Bank Registered Nurse through Supportive Bridge, you will play a pivotal role in managing unit operations alongside clinical duties. You will oversee care, administer medication, review care plans, and ensure all clinical standards and CQC tasks are exceptionally maintained, with strong critical thinking skills required for night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for the wellbeing of residents, ensuring physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Manage unit operations and clinical duties, including oversight of care, ordering and administering medication, and evaluating individualised care plans.
Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to the care team, supporting all CQC tasks and maintaining high clinical standards.
Monitor work areas to ensure safety and conformity to relevant legislation, policies, and best practices.
Exercise strong critical thinking and self-reliance during night shifts to manage care staff and handle emergency situations calmly.
What We Are Looking For
A valid NMC pin paired with a genuine passion for caring and clinical excellence.
Previous experience maintaining high clinical standards, ensuring compliance, and offering guidance to care teams.
Excellent communication and reporting skills for effective clinical handovers with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Strong critical thinking and confidence, particularly if covering night shifts where autonomous decision-making and calmness under pressure are essential.
