Encirc is a market leader in sustainable glass container design, manufacturing, bottling, and logistics solutions, committed to achieving zero emissions by 2030.
Role Overview
This is a critical senior leadership position within the Logistics Senior Leadership Team. You will shape a sustainable, continuous-improvement-driven culture by leading transport and despatch operations at the Derrylin and Ballyconnell sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee warehouse operations to ensure optimal stock levels, efficient storage, and seamless inventory movement between locations.
Drive transport planning and execution to maximise service performance, control costs, and achieve OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) targets.
Manage the Encirc-owned fleet, ensuring full compliance with O Licence regulations and the highest safety standards.
Lead multi-functional teams in a 24/7 operation, building robust talent and succession plans.
Key Requirements:
Essential: Degree or Masters level qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Business Administration.
Mandatory: Transport Manager CPC (Certificate of Professional Competency).
NEBOSH certification or equivalent (preferred).
Demonstrable experience leading fleet operations, transport planning, and warehouse management in a manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading high-performing teams in a matrix environment.
