We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to deliver high-quality, personal care to residents on day shifts. Working alongside a dedicated care team, your everyday focus will center on promoting individual independence and physical wellbeing. By providing thoughtful personal care and building meaningful relationships, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for residents and providing peace of mind to their families.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily personal care needs including washing, dressing, personal hygiene, and meal times, always treating individuals with dignity and respect.
Contribute to individual care plans, ensuring each resident's unique needs and personal choices are accurately supported.
Build trusting, friendly relationships with residents and their families to maintain a welcoming and safe home environment.
Requirements
Compassionate, organized, and reliable individual with a true passion for delivering outstanding care to residents.
Good communication skills and full flexibility to work day shift patterns as needed.
Valid right to work in the UK and reside within a realistic commutable distance to Norwich, UK.
