At Croft House, the kitchen team takes immense pride in crafting fresh, well-crafted menus tailored to diverse dietary needs and personal preferences, making every meal a highlight of the day.
As a Bank Kitchen Assistant through Supportive Bridge, you will act as the warm bridge between the main kitchen and our residents. You will assist chefs with plating meals, preparing food trolleys, monitoring stock rotation, and helping cater for special social events and community activities.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the welcoming link between the main kitchen and our residents.
Assist chefs in plating meals, preparing food trolleys, and ensuring all preparation areas are kept clean, tidy, and hygienic.
Monitor stock rotation and comply fully with company policies, COSHH, and HACCP guidelines.
Assist with catering for special events, summer BBQs, Christmas parties, and resident celebrations.
What We Are Looking For
A genuine passion for food with previous experience working in a kitchen environment.
A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
A warm, communicative nature who understands the importance of high standards and cherishing the little moments with our residents.
