About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a friendly, reliable Customer Assistant - Replenishment for their Shrewsbury store. Working on the shop floor in a fast-paced, structured environment, you will keep shelves fully stocked with wonderful fresh and ambient products so customers can always get what they need, when they need it.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Replenishment: Work on the shop floor following clear routines and timed activities to keep fresh and ambient products fully stocked.
Customer Support: Maintain a helpful and friendly approach, assisting shoppers and resolving queries whenever needed.
Equipment & Safety: Use store equipment safely and adhere strictly to established operational processes.
Cross-Functional Teamwork: Receive training to support other store areas, such as Market Street or Customer Service, stepping in wherever you are needed most.
What We Are Looking For
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old (due to health and safety regulations for early shift times) and over the school leaver’s age.
Personality: A genuinely helpful, friendly approach with a strong passion for putting customers first.
Work Ethic: Enjoys staying active, being hands-on, and thriving in a busy, structured environment.
Flexibility: Comfortable with early morning starts (from 3:00 AM / 4:00 AM) and working weekends.
