In this full-time operational management role based in Colchester, UK, you will oversee day-to-day club operations, lead opening and closing shift routines, and drive membership sales targets. You will conduct prospective member tours, enforce safety standards, mentor club staff, and support poolside operations by covering lifeguard breaks when needed in Colchester, UK.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily club operations, including opening/closing procedures, health and safety compliance, and member support in Colchester, UK.
Lead prospective member tours, engage with current members, and drive site membership growth to exceed sales targets in Colchester, UK.
Guide and support colleagues while maintaining strong swimming proficiency to cover site lifeguard breaks in Colchester, UK.
Requirements
Demonstrable sales experience with strong commercial awareness within the fitness or customer service industry in Colchester, UK.
Excellent communication, collaborative leadership skills, and a passionate, customer-first mindset in Colchester, UK.
High-standard swimming proficiency and willingness to complete on-site lifeguard training in Colchester, UK.
