About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to recruit an experienced and dedicated Night Senior Carer for Ritson Lodge Care Home.
In this vital permanent role, you will oversee the diverse needs of our residents to ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care through the night. Working alongside the Deputy General Manager, you will supervise and inspire a team of compassionate Care Assistants while supporting the clinical team in specialized areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews. You will help maintain a warm, safe, and welcoming environment while respecting the dignity and individuality of every resident.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of Night Care Assistants.
Support the clinical team with medication administration, care assessments, care plans, and reviews.
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care that safeguards resident dignity and preferences.
Ensure a calm, secure, and supportive overnight environment for all residents.
Promote best practices in care delivery and maintain effective communication across shifts.
About You
Hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Possess specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to individualised care.
Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills.
