ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play an integral part in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and enjoyable dining experience for residents, families, and visitors. Working alongside the kitchen and hospitality teams, you will help make every mealtime a highlight of the day.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare dining areas to ensure they are clean, comfortable, and inviting.
Serve high-quality meals and refreshments to residents, attending to individual preferences and requirements.
Support day-to-day hospitality operations and assist with kitchen duties when needed.
Maintain strict standards of food hygiene and health and safety across all food service areas.
Interact warmly with residents and guests to deliver outstanding customer service and companionship.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a customer-focused individual with a caring approach and a passion for hospitality.
Requirements & Experience:
Prior experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service.
Friendly, caring, and professional attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a vibrant care environment.
