What You’ll Need

• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams in a high-volume, fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.

• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to handle difficult conversations and guide your team effectively.

• Exceptional time-management, delegation, and proactive problem-solving abilities.

• A strong, analytical mindset comfortable with monitoring and improving store KPIs.

• A genuine passion for supporting both your customers and your team through every shift.
