Agency Partner: Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (24 hours per week + regular overtime)
Pay Rate: £19.31 per hour (including night shift premium)
Working Pattern: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM (night shift premium applies to hours worked after 10 PM and before 6 AM)

About the Role
Are you ready to take the next step toward managing your own store? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner to recruit a motivated and dynamic Customer Team Leader for a fast-paced food store in Bath.
In this night-shift role, you’ll lead a small team, keep shelves stocked, and set the pace for store operations while the store prepares for the day ahead. Whether you're managing stock accuracy, merchandising, or supporting team performance, you'll play a crucial role in making life easier for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Your Shift: Take ownership of store operations during your shift by leading, motivating, and coaching your team.
Hands-On Operations: Work actively on the shop floor, maintaining stock accuracy, merchandising standards, and efficient store setup.
Community & Membership: Champion Co-op values through local community engagement and driving membership growth.
Team Support: Guide Customer Team Members and support store performance, including basic HR processes.
What We Are Looking For

Age Requirement: Must be aged 18 or older to authorise age-related sales.
Core Traits: A passion for people, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work flexibly and lead by example.
Flexibility: Available to work fixed night-shift hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
Experience: Experience in retail, merchandising, or team management is welcome, but not essential—full training is provided, and no CV is needed to apply!
