Position: Registered Nurse (RGN) - Bank - Care Home
Location: Ashcombe House Care Home, 65 Worting Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 8YU
Pay: £22.45 per hour
Hours: Bank / As and when required (Flexible casual role covering annual leave or sick leave)
Shift: Mixed (Days / Nights Available)
About the Role
As a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) representing Barchester Healthcare through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help deliver exceptional care. Operating with full professional autonomy, you will create a safe, supportive environment for residents with diverse physical and mental needs, utilizing your clinical judgment to make critical decisions. Your responsibilities will range from developing tailored care plans to safely administering medication and ensuring excellence across all aspects of clinical delivery.

Qualifications: Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN) is essential.
Experience & Knowledge: Proven experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices, and an understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
