About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to recruit an experienced and dedicated Bank Senior Care Assistant for Ritson Lodge Care Home.
In this flexible, casual role, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. Working alongside the Deputy General Manager, you will supervise and inspire a team of compassionate Care Assistants while supporting the clinical team in specialised areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews. You will help maintain a warm, welcoming environment while respecting the dignity and individuality of every resident.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of Care Assistants.
Support the clinical team with medication administration, care assessments, care plans, and reviews.
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care that safeguards resident dignity and preferences.
Help create a vibrant, warm, and supportive environment for all residents.
Provide flexible cover for planned and unplanned absences (such as annual leave or sick leave).
About You
Hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Possess specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to individualised care.
Strong motivational and communication skills with a flexible approach to work patterns (Days or Nights available).
