Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and general tidiness across residents' rooms, bathrooms, offices, and communal areas in line with schedules.

• Infection Prevention: Ensure all cleaning materials and equipment are used and stored safely in compliance with COSHH regulations and health & safety policies.

• Dignity & Respect: Respect residents' privacy, personal space, and individual preferences at all times while carrying out your duties.

• Communication: Promptly report any faulty equipment, hazards, or maintenance issues to a senior colleague.

What You Will Bring

• Work Ethic: A dependable, organised approach with a genuine pride in your work and attention to detail.

• Experience: Previous domestic or cleaning experience is desirable, though a flexible, positive attitude is key.

• Interpersonal Skills: Good communication skills and a compassionate, sensitive approach to the needs of older people.

• Proximity: Ideally living within approximately 15 miles of Bognor Regis for a manageable and balanced commute.
