About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a central role in delivering personal, dignified care to residents, ensuring they receive the individual support, comfort, and companionship they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care & Support: Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, dressing, mobility, and mealtime support.
Care Plan Execution: Follow individual care plans and risk assessments to deliver safe, tailored, and person-centred care.
Companionship: Spend meaningful one-to-one time with residents, fostering strong relationships and emotional wellbeing.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively alongside senior carers, nurses, and home staff to maintain a warm, welcoming, and safe environment.
About You
We are looking for warm-hearted, reliable carers with empathy and a positive, can-do approach.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience caring for older adults (in professional or personal care settings).
Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and a proactive attitude.
