As a Deputy Store Manager, you are the calm in the storm—leading by example on the shop floor, streamlining behind-the-scenes processes, and stepping up to take full ownership of the store in the Store Manager's absence. What You’ll Do

Lead from the Front: Set a spectacular, positive standard of service and work ethic for your team and customers alike.
Assume Command: Independently run the entire store's operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
Streamline Daily Operations: Diligently manage stock deliveries, oversee cash and till processes, and keep a close eye on store KPIs.
Foster Team Spirit: Motivate, support, and develop your team, using company values as your daily guide.
Prioritize Safety: Confidently maintain compliance with all Health and Safety laws, standards, and store guidelines.
