In this part-time 12-month fixed-term role based in Colchester, UK, you will work 19 hours per week across flexible shifts (Monday to Friday between 7:45am and 6:00pm, with occasional Saturday mornings 9:00am to 1:00pm). You will process high volumes of email referral requests, coordinate appointment bookings, schedule consultant clinics, and maintain accurate patient data records in Colchester, UK.
Manage high volumes of email referrals, schedule outpatient appointments, and process booking changes efficiently in Colchester, UK.
Coordinate room and consultant availability, create or alter clinic schedules to support operational needs, and generate standard/ad-hoc reports in Colchester, UK.
Maintain exceptional data accuracy on internal healthcare systems while delivering empathetic, high-quality customer service in Colchester, UK.
Proven background in administrative or customer-facing roles; NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration (or equivalent) preferred in Colchester, UK.
Excellent IT proficiency, strong keyboard skills, and experience with data entry and management systems in Colchester, UK.
Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, clear communication skills, and flexibility to work rotating shift patterns in Colchester, UK.
Competitive pay rate equivalent up to £12.84 per hour depending on experience for 19 hours per week (prorated) in Colchester, UK.
