About the Role

We are currently recruiting a Career Starter Store Apprentice for the retail store in Leamington Spa.

This 12–15 month program combines hands-on store work with formal, structured training. Supported by a close-knit store team, you will learn the ins and outs of retail operations, build key management skills, and work toward gaining a recognised Level 2 Retailer qualification—setting a strong foundation for a future in retail management!

Detailed Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Provide friendly, prompt, and helpful service to every shopper on the floor.

• Merchandising & Stock Management: Receive stock, replenish shelves quickly, monitor fresh product quality, and keep displays visual and tidy.

• Checkout Operations: Operate tills efficiently and process customer purchases accurately.

• Qualification Progression: Dedicate time to completing training modules, coursework, and practical milestones required for your Level 2 qualification.

• Active Work Ethic: Hardworking and comfortable staying busy and active on your feet throughout shifts.

• Transport Readiness: Shifts can start as early as 6:00 AM and finish as late as 10:00 PM (varies by store schedule). Please ensure you have dependable transport options to reach the store for these times before applying.
