About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to recruit a friendly and reliable Customer Assistant for their Replenishment team in Stirling.

In this fast-paced shop floor role, you will work within a structured environment using clear routines and timed activities to keep shelves fully stocked with wonderful fresh and ambient products. You will ensure customers can get what they need, when they need it, and receive cross-training to support other key areas of the store like Market Street or Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on the shop floor to keep shelves fully stocked with fresh and ambient products.

• Operate within a fast-paced, structured environment following clear routines and timed activities.

• Assist customers with a helpful approach and help resolve their queries.

• Provide flexible support across other store departments, such as Market Street and Customer Service, as required.

• Ensure safe use of equipment and adherence to store processes.

What The Role Requires

• A helpful, friendly approach with a strong passion for putting customers first.

• Enjoys staying active, hands-on, and working in a busy, structured environment.

• Comfortable using in-store equipment safely and following established processes.

• Available for the set schedule (Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM).

• Must be over the school leaver’s age (additional age requirements of 18+ may apply for certain tasks due to health and safety regulations).
