Contract Type: Temporary / Agency Placement (Permanent listing via Morrisons Pharmacy: 20 Hours per week)

Pay Rate: Competitive hourly salary + Agency Benefits

Shift Pattern: Monday - Saturday (09:00 - 19:00), Sunday (10:00 - 16:00)

About the Role

Are you an experienced Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant or a Pharmacy Customer Assistant ready to take the next step in your healthcare career? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Morrisons Pharmacy to source a dedicated temporary team member for their in-store pharmacy in Chatham.

In this role, you will deliver confidential, friendly, and attentive care to patients, supporting the pharmacy team in making Britain healthier from the inside out.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispensing & Patient Care: Accurately label and dispense Prescription Only Medicines (POMs) and ensure the safe handover of prescriptions in line with pharmacy procedures.

• Service & Support: Provide a friendly, confidential, and attentive service while helping resolve surgery queries and managing Over-The-Counter (OTC) sales and stock.

• Safety & Compliance: Report dispensing errors and near misses promptly, maintaining rigorous safety standards.

• KPI Delivery: Support the Pharmacy Team and Manager in meeting agreed service targets and delivering comprehensive pharmacy services.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualifications & Experience: Completed an approved Pharmacy Assistant training course (e.g., NPA Interact) and an approved Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant course (e.g., NPA DAC - 1 year course).

• Personality: Naturally helpful, friendly, caring, and compassionate with a strong commitment to customer care.

• Work Ethic: Comfortable working flexible shifts and weekends as required, using your initiative to resolve customer queries.

• Age Requirement: Must be over the school leaver's age.
