In this full-time early years role based in Colchester, UK, you will work 40 hours per week delivering full-day, sessional, and pre-school care for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Following Ofsted requirements and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, you will plan age-appropriate developmental activities, promote health and wellbeing, and communicate effectively with parents and external professionals in Colchester, UK.
Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 3 months to 5 years in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum in Colchester, UK.
Plan and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate developmental activities that foster learning, health, and wellbeing in Colchester, UK.
Maintain effective communication with parents, carers, and external healthcare or educational professionals in Colchester, UK.
Mandatory NVQ Level 3 in Childcare Studies or NNEB (or equivalent qualification) with prior nursery experience in Colchester, UK.
Enhanced DBS check and preferably valid Paediatric First Aid certification in Colchester, UK.
Strong passion for early education, child development, and collaborative team working in Colchester, UK.
Competitive pay rate equivalent up to £12.84 per hour depending on experience for 40 hours per week in Colchester, UK.
