Registered Nurse (Nurse Qualified)

As a Registered Nurse (Night Shift), you will take full responsibility for shift leadership, clinical governance, and resident well-being during night hours. Working collaboratively with external multidisciplinary teams and night care staff, you will oversee complex clinical needs and uphold strict safeguarding and infection control standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Nurse in Charge during night shifts, managing medication administration via PCS, care planning, and shift management.

• Perform complex clinical duties including syringe driver management, catheterization, blood sampling, peg feeding, and stoma care.

• Support residents living with dementia and complex needs while upholding Mental Capacity Act guidelines and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).

Requirements

• Nursing qualification recognized by the UK NMC with a valid UK NMC PIN (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).

• Strong clinical decision-making capabilities, experience with Care Planning systems (PCS preferred), and physical ability to support resident mobility.

• Valid right to work in the UK and ability to commute reliably to Cramlington, UK.
