We are proud to partner with Circle Health Group—Britain’s leading independent healthcare provider—to recruit a flexible and experienced Clinical Psychologist (Bank) for the Rehabilitation department at Circle Rehabilitation in Birmingham.
Deliver comprehensive psychological assessments utilizing a wide range of psychometric, cognitive, behavioural, and clinical methods.
Provide tailored individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based models (e.g., CBT, ACT, systemic approaches) adapted to patient needs.
Actively contribute to multidisciplinary team (MDT) operations by attending ward rounds, case conferences, family meetings, and clinical handovers.
Ensure strict adherence to clinical governance procedures, professional codes of conduct, and HCPC/BPS standards.
Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of psychological care pathways within the Circle Rehabilitation Centre.
Provide vital psychological support to families and carers navigating the challenges of adjustment to life-changing conditions.
Supplement core staffing levels during busy operational periods and provide essential cover during staff absences or annual leave.
Qualifications: Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent) recognized by the HCPC.
Registration: Current, active HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical).
Experience: Demonstrated professional experience working with neurological, complex rehabilitation, or physical health patient populations.
Knowledge & Skills: Proven ability to apply psychological theories (such as CBT, neuropsychology, and systemic approaches) in clinical settings, alongside a deep understanding of the psychological impact of disability, trauma, and adjustment.
Competencies: Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload.

Competitive Hourly Rate: Up to £85.00 per hour.
