Customer Service Administrator (Bank / Flexible)
Location: KIMS Hospital, Maidstone, Kent
Hours: Bank contract (Flexible rotational shifts between 06:30–20:30 Monday to Friday, and 06:30–20:00 Saturday to Sunday)
Hourly Rate: £13.20 per hour + holiday pay

We are currently recruiting a flexible Customer Service Administrator to join the Front of House team on a bank basis at KIMS Hospital, Kent’s largest independent hospital.

Work flexibly across Reception, Call Centre, Outpatients (OPD), Dover Clinic, and Cardiology to provide essential administrative and reception support.
Welcome patients, visitors, consultants, and staff warmly, offering clear directions and managing high-volume calls on the hospital switchboard with professionalism.
Manage patient appointments, records, and correspondence to ensure smooth, seamless patient journeys from admission right through to discharge.
Handle enquiries sensitively, liaising across departments and escalating issues when necessary.

Educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent) with strong IT literacy and administrative skills.
Previous experience working within a hospital or healthcare setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication, remaining calm, organized, and detail-focused in a busy environment.
A proactive, approachable, and flexible team player with a passion for exceptional customer service.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK and a satisfactory DBS check.
