Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to recruit an exceptional and dynamic Peripatetic Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead for Ritson Lodge Care Home and surrounding regional locations.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will travel across your region to support, manage, and develop teams in various care homes, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery. Working closely with General Managers, you will help implement effective action plans, lead safeguarding investigations, oversee clinical risk assessments, and drive regulatory compliance through regular audits and supervised practice. You'll inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding, person-centred care that empowers residents to enjoy the best possible quality of life.
Travel across the region to support and manage care home teams and uphold clinical excellence.
Take on senior leadership duties in the absence of the General Manager.
Monitor clinical standards through regular audits, compliance checks, and supervised practice.
Lead safeguarding investigations and manage clinical risk assessments effectively.
Support newly qualified nurses through preceptorship and foster professional development.
Promote sales, marketing initiatives, and sound budget management within homes.
Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
Hold a recognised teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
Proven nursing home management experience with evidence of continuous professional development.
Strong background in clinical risk management and safeguarding investigations.
Basic HR understanding, budget management knowledge, and sales/marketing awareness.
Compassionate, resilient, energetic, and fully flexible with the willingness to travel.
