As a Registered Nurse at Castle Keep, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help deliver outstanding care. Key responsibilities include:
Holistic Care: Creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental health needs.
Clinical Decision-Making: Using your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions and providing medication safely.
Care Planning: Developing tailored, well-rounded care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Regulatory Compliance: Delivering clinical excellence in alignment with regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
We are looking for a committed and thoughtful professional who meets the following criteria:
Registration: Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN).
Clinical Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of best clinical practices, care planning, and risk assessment procedures.
Approach: A compassionate, person-centred approach to nursing with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
