As a Market Street Baker at Morrisons, you are the face of our fresh in-store bakery. You will bring traditional skills to life and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer confidence in the continuous availability of fresh bakery products.

• Maintain quality, fresh, and attractive displays of food throughout the trading day to drive sales.

• Prepare a variety of bread, rolls, doughnuts, and fruited products for sale to company specifications using professional bakery equipment (e.g., provers, ovens, mixers).

• Deliver friendly, helpful service, creating moments that matter for our customers by highlighting our fresh, scratch-made products.

• Work flexibly across other fresh counters when needed to cater to our shoppers.

About You

• Possesses competent baking skills, including mixing and moulding dough.

• Enjoys being active and working in a fast-paced, varied retail environment.

• Has a naturally helpful and friendly style, loves meeting people, and goes above and beyond for customers.

• Can safely operate a range of bakery equipment while maintaining high health and safety standards.
