Role Overview
We are seeking a warm, dedicated Care Assistant to join the day team at our award-winning village. In this vital role, your passion for caregiving will shine as you bring comfort and smiles to our residents, making every day a celebration of compassionate excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care tailored to the specific needs of residents.
Support residents with a wide range of requirements, from companionship to personal care.
Work collaboratively with nurses and senior care assistants to monitor residents and accurately report any changes.
Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and external healthcare professionals.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
A genuine passion for caregiving, supporting independence, and protecting resident dignity.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
Flexibility to cover 12-hour day shifts (08:00 – 20:00) including alternative weekends.
