In this full-time senior management role based in Colchester, UK, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight for all quality and safety matters across healthcare delivery. Working alongside Senior Clinical Leaders, you will drive continuous quality improvement, manage clinical policies and SOPs, oversee audit frameworks (such as ISO9001), conduct data-driven incident analysis, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in Colchester, UK.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership, quality assurance, and governance scrutiny to support patient safety and regulatory compliance in Colchester, UK.
Lead the development, review, and management of clinical policies, standard operating procedures, and incident reporting systems in Colchester, UK.
Facilitate organizational accreditation, drive clinical audits, and analyze data to guide clinical learning and decision-making in Colchester, UK.
Requirements
Active clinician registration (NMC, HCPC, or GPC) with degree or post-graduate qualification in a clinical discipline in Colchester, UK.
Relevant qualifications in organizational governance (e.g., ISO9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent) with significant senior experience in quality assurance in Colchester, UK.
Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, data-driven approach to healthcare quality in Colchester, UK.
