Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join the team at a premier Fitness & Wellbeing facility in Rugby, UK. In this role, you will play a key part in helping swimmers of all ages and abilities build confidence in the water, improve their technique, and achieve their personal health and fitness goals.
Working on a flexible bank contract basis, you will deliver high-quality instruction on an ad-hoc schedule tailored to suit facility requirements and your personal availability. You will foster a safe, inspiring, and engaging environment while running lessons in alignment with national Swim England standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging one-to-one or group swimming lessons following the Swim England framework.
Motivate, coach, and inspire swimmers across diverse age groups and skill levels to help them achieve their goals.
Promote facility amenities, teaching programs, and club memberships to participants while upholding high standards of pool safety.
Requirements
ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an approachable, student-focused teaching style.
Passion for swimming and the ability to adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs.
