Male Clean Team Member (Bank)

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is pleased to offer an opportunity for a Male Clean Team Member to join our client's dedicated team in Rugby, UK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a safe, pristine, and welcoming environment for all members and visitors.

Working on a flexible bank contract basis, you will manage your schedule to support the operational needs of the facility. This position involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various areas, specifically including male changing facilities in compliance with the Equality Act 2010.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare various club areas, including changing rooms, showers, and general facilities.

• Safely operate specialist cleaning machinery such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines, and carpet cleaners.

• Perform regular waste removal and scheduled periodic deep cleaning tasks.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar commercial or healthcare cleaning environment.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.

• Friendly interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
