Partnering with Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are looking for a dedicated Bank Care Assistant to join the team at The Spires. Offering true flexibility, this casual position provides cover as needed (such as for annual leave or sick leave). You’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they receive the quality care, support, and companionship they deserve. From assisting with daily living needs and following care plans to sharing one-to-one time and warm memories, no two shifts are ever the same.
About You
Experience: Some prior experience in caring for older people.
Attributes: Excellent communication skills, a positive "can-do" approach, and a warm-hearted, empathetic personality.
