Salary: £18.67 to £20.57 per hour + Paid Breaks + £1,000 Welcome Bonus (paid after 4 weeks' service, subject to tax and NI)
Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time (36 hours per week, day shifts on 12-hour patterns)

As a Registered Nurse at The Bridles, you will play a pivotal leadership role in managing unit operations and delivering expert clinical care within a brand-new, smart-technology-equipped facility offering residential, nursing, and specialist dementia support.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for resident wellbeing, ensuring all physical, emotional, and social needs are professionally met.
Coach, guide, and mentor the wider care team, providing formal and informal teaching to colleagues and healthcare professionals.
Carry out thorough clinical assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans for every resident.
Manage medication administration, stock oversight, and care plan reviews.
Monitor work areas and practices to ensure full compliance with safety standards, policies, and legislation, supporting CQC tasks.
Lead effective clinical handovers and build trusting relationships with residents, families, and external multidisciplinary teams.
A Registered Nurse with a valid, active NMC pin and a deep commitment to person-centred care.
Proven experience maintaining high clinical standards and offering expert clinical guidance to care teams.
Strong communication, reporting, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to remain calm and self-reliant in emergency situations.
A compassionate, warm, and community-focused approach to nursing.
