About the Role

As a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator at the luxury Richmond Village Wood Norton, you will play a transformative role in ensuring our residents enjoy a vibrant, fulfilling, and high-quality lifestyle. Moving beyond basic care, you'll bring creativity, energy, and enthusiasm to design and deliver engaging activity programs that provide essential physical and mental stimulation—making every day fun and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and tailor engaging activities through careful observation, conversation, and precise record-keeping, ensuring activities match residents' interests and abilities.

• Plan and host a diverse schedule of activities, from musical acts and exercise classes to arts and crafts, day trips, and special birthday surprises.

• Support the Head of Activities in coordinating special events, garden parties, concerts, and excursions while monitoring budgets.

• Assist residents with personal tasks such as reading, letter writing, shopping, and pursuing individual hobbies.

• Promote and refresh the activities program regularly within the village and local community.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in organizing events, ideally working with the elderly and/or vulnerable individuals.

• A positive, energetic, and humorous nature that easily inspires and connects with residents.

• Outstanding empathy and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge lasting professional relationships with colleagues, families, and the local community.
