About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a friendly and reliable Customer Assistant for their Replenishment team in Tiverton. In this vital shop-floor role, you will ensure shelves are fully stocked with fresh and ambient products, helping to keep everything running smoothly so customers can always get what they need, when they need it.
Key Responsibilities
Shelf Replenishment: Keep store shelves fully stocked and organized with wonderful fresh and ambient products.
Structured Routines: Work efficiently within a fast-paced environment following clear routines and timed activities.
Early Morning Working: Manage early starts (shifts can begin from 4:00 AM / 5:00 AM) to prepare the store before doors open.
Cross-Department Support: Receive training to support other store teams, such as Market Street or Customer Service, stepping in wherever needed.

Age Requirement: Must be over the school leaver’s age (and over 18 for certain equipment/health and safety regulations).
Personality: A helpful, friendly approach with a genuine passion for putting customers first.
Work Style: Enjoys staying active, being hands-on, and thriving in a busy, structured environment.
Reliability: Comfortable with early morning start times and available to work across weekends and weekdays.
