Care Assistant (Day)

As a Care Assistant (Day), you will play a central role in delivering attentive, person-centered care during daytime hours. Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will assist residents with their day-to-day activities while upholding high standards of respect, dignity, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Gently assist residents with daily personal care routines, including washing, dressing, hygiene, and mealtime support.

• Build strong, respectful relationships with residents to foster trust, companionship, and emotional well-being.

• Help maintain and follow individualized care plans to ensure every resident's unique preferences and needs are fulfilled.

Requirements

• A caring, reliable, and compassionate attitude toward supporting individuals in a residential care setting.

• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a shift-based care team.

• Valid right to work in the UK and ability to commute reliably to the care home location.
