About the Role Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Claimont Health LTD—a CQC-registered, nationwide provider of specialist mental health and complex care services—to source an experienced Night Nursing Assistant / Support Worker in Essex. Based within the community, you will provide high-level, person-centered domiciliary care supporting an adult client with a spinal injury and complex health needs in the comfort of their own home.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver expert, client-specific complex care under the guidance of the Clinical Lead Nurse.
Support clients with advanced clinical needs, including tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, ventilation management, oral suctioning, bowel management, nebulizers, and medication administration.
Maintain professional boundaries, strict confidentiality, and an adaptable, compassionate approach when working closely within family home settings.
Communicate effectively with non-verbal clients and multi-disciplinary team members to overcome barriers and ensure exceptional well-being outcomes.
Person Specification & Requirements
Qualifications: Relevant NVQ Level 3/4, a diploma in a health/social care subject, a nursery nurse qualification, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as a Healthcare Assistant / Complex Care Support Worker, specifically supporting individuals with spinal injuries or managing complex clinical needs.
