Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is pleased to recruit on behalf of Windmill Court Care Home with Nursing to join their team in Wadebridge, UK. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join the night care team. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining a restful, safe, and comfortable environment for residents throughout the night hours.
Working as a trusted team member, your primary focus will be providing attentive personal care and reassurance to residents when they need it most. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that physical and emotional needs are met with kindness, maintaining resident dignity and peace of mind at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Provide gentle personal care support during night hours, including assistance with hygiene, personal comfort, and late evening or early morning routines.
Monitor resident wellbeing continuously through the night, responding promptly to calls and ensuring a secure and calm living environment.
Assist in keeping accurate care records and contribute to individual care plans to ensure seamless continuity of care between shift changes.
Requirements
Compassionate, dependable, and organized approach with a genuine dedication to delivering high-standard care to elderly residents.
Clear verbal communication skills and full flexibility to work night shift schedules.
Right to work in the UK and reside within a realistic commutable distance to Wadebridge, UK.
