Salary: £21.26 - £23.44 per hour (dependent on experience) + Weekend & Overtime Enhancements
Contract Type: Bank Contract (Flexible 12-hour shifts: 08:00 - 20:00 or 20:00 - 08:00)

We are partnering with Pebble Mill (part of Bupa) to find a dedicated Registered Nurse for a flexible bank role. In this vital position, you will oversee clinical operations, manage medications, and guide the care team to ensure our residents receive exceptional, person-centred support.
What You’ll Be Doing
Taking full responsibility for the clinical well-being of our residents, making sure their physical, emotional, and social needs are fully met.
Managing unit operations alongside clinical duties, including oversight of care, ordering and administering medication, and evaluating individual care plans.
Providing expert clinical guidance to the care team, maintaining compliance with high standards, and assisting with CQC requirements.
Coaching colleagues through formal and informal teaching programmes to foster a continuous culture of clinical excellence.
Building strong connections with residents and their families, ensuring compassionate and dignified support.
What We’re Looking For
A valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct and professional development.
Proven clinical experience maintaining strict care standards and guiding care teams with confidence.
Strong critical thinking and communication skills, with the self-reliance and calmness needed to manage care staff effectively (especially during night shifts).
A natural passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
