Location: Hurstwood View Care Home, Linum Lane, Uckfield, TN22 3FH
Pay Rate: £15.01 per hour
Hours: Bank (Flexible hours to cover annual leave, sick leave, and as needed)

About the Role
As a Bank Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in helping our residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with daily living activities and personal care.
Providing meaningful one-to-one time, support, and companionship.
Helping residents with food, drink, and nutritional needs.
Following individual care plans and maintaining high standards of resident support.
Sharing special moments and building positive memories with residents.
About You
We are looking for warm-hearted, compassionate individuals who want to make a genuine difference in the lives of older people on a flexible basis.
Experience: Some prior experience of caring for older people is required.
Skills: Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do approach.
Qualities: Natural empathy, warmth, and the compassion needed to deliver top-standard care.
