Contract Type: Temporary / Agency Placement (Permanent listing via Morrisons Daily: 45 Hours per week)

Pay Rate: £10.85 - £12.71 per hour (dependent on age) + Agency Benefits

About the Role

Are you looking to play an integral part in your local community? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Morrisons Daily convenience stores to recruit friendly, reliable retail stars.

In this role, you will be the welcoming face of your local neighbourhood shop, delivering exceptional service and ensuring the store runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Please note: This role involves regular lone working. Candidates must be comfortable and confident working independently in-store for periods of time.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Operations: Operate tills and cash handling systems (including Post Office services where applicable, subject to DBS checks).

• Merchandising & Stock: Manage stock control, maintain appealing product displays, and prepare Food to Go items as required.

• Store Safety & Compliance: Ensure the store operates safely, legally, and to the highest standards.

• Supervisory Cover: Step up to cover supervisory duties when needed (with additional pay for hours covered).

• Lone Working: Handle routine solo shifts with confidence and reliability.
