Employment Type: Permanent | Hourly Paid (Retail Stores)

Hours: 28 Hours per week (Mixed shift patterns; Morning shifts approx. 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Evening shifts approx. 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM. Requires working approximately 50% of weekends).

As a supportive bridge staffing agency connecting dependable talent with top retail brands, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a friendly, customer-focused Home Delivery Driver for their store in Paignton.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive delivery vehicles to transport and drop off customer orders on time.

• Deliver warm, friendly customer service, going above and beyond and resolving customer queries using your initiative.

• Handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving product totes weighing up to 18kg while maintaining strict health and safety standards.

• Operate in-store and vehicle equipment correctly and safely.

What We Are Looking For

• Licence Requirements: Must be over 18 years old with a full driving licence held for at least 1 year and no more than 6 points.

• Approach: A helpful, friendly, and customer-first attitude.

• Energy: Enjoys staying active, hands-on work, and operating in a fast-paced, varied environment.

• Commitment: Comfortable working mixed shifts, including morning or evening rotations and approximately 50% of weekends.
