Working closely with the Home Manager and residents in Colchester, UK, you will manage staff rotas, handle stock control within budget guidelines, and ensure COSHH and health and safety compliance, creating a warm and sparkling atmosphere where residents love to live.
Key Responsibilities
Manage four-week staff rotas, supervise daily housekeeping, laundry, and hostess operations, and conduct monthly stock counts in Colchester, UK.
Implement structured cleaning schedules, coordinate deep cleaning routines, and oversee high-quality resident laundry services in Colchester, UK.
Consult regularly with residents to tailor cleaning times to their preferences, oversee meal hospitality services, and maintain COSHH and hygiene standards in Colchester, UK.
Requirements
Proven team leadership experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or domestic management in Colchester, UK.
Sound knowledge of infection control, COSHH guidelines, health and safety standards, and inventory budgeting in Colchester, UK.
Strong communication skills, excellent organizational ability, and a positive "can-do" attitude with GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths in Colchester, UK.
