What You’ll Do

• Strategic Oversight: Regularly visit your assigned stores to ensure operations run like clockwork, focusing sharply on efficiency, productivity, and full compliance.

• Talent Development: Mentor, support, and coach your Store Managers in recruiting, training, and building high-performing teams while elevating individual store performance.

• Performance Management: Empower your teams to consistently achieve operational KPIs, hit targets, and maintain premium brand standards.

• Leadership Culture: Drive a positive, high-achieving environment across your territory that reflects core company values and leadership principles.

What You’ll Need

• Multi-Site Leadership: Proven experience successfully motivating, leading, and developing sizeable teams across multiple commercial locations to achieve outstanding results.

• Analytical Skills: The ability to dissect complex commercial reports, translate data into actionable next steps, and measure the effectiveness of new initiatives.

• Communication & Adaptability: Exceptional communication skills to land new concepts, launches, and corporate processes seamlessly with your teams.

• Mobility: A full UK Driving License is essential to support regular travel throughout your designated area.
