Role Overview

As a Customer Assistant, you will keep the store moving, buzzing, and thriving. No two shifts are ever the same—one minute you're restocking shelves or efficiently processing incoming deliveries, and the next you're jumping onto the tills or keeping the shop floor pristine. You will play a hands-on part in ensuring every customer receives exceptional service, with great opportunities to develop into specialized roles like a Freshness, Non-Food, or Bakery Specialist as you grow.

Core Responsibilities:

• Customer Expertise: Act as a Lidl expert, greeting shoppers warmly and helping them with questions, queries, and requests.

• Deliveries & Merchandising: Efficiently work stock deliveries as they arrive and expertly merchandise the famous middle aisles of Non-Food products.

• Bakery & Freshness: Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods throughout the day.

• Store Standards: Maintain a clean, tidy, organized environment across the shop floor so customers enjoy the best possible shopping experience.
