In this full-time 6-month fixed-term role based in Colchester, UK (with regional multi-site travel as required), you will work 37.5 hours per week supporting the Senior HR Business Partner in delivering the overarching people strategy. You will manage complex employee relations cases, coach leaders, drive talent management, and support organizational change and workforce planning initiatives in Colchester, UK.
Key Responsibilities
Provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advisory services and leadership coaching to department managers in Colchester, UK.
Lead and manage complex employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence) ensuring full legal compliance in Colchester, UK.
Support organizational restructures, workforce planning, performance management, talent retention, and HR change projects in Colchester, UK.
Requirements
CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification with significant HR generalist experience in a business partnering model in Colchester, UK.
Deep knowledge of UK employment law with a proven track record handling complex employee relations cases in Colchester, UK.
Strong stakeholder influencing, coaching, analytical skills, and familiarity with Workday HR software preferred in Colchester, UK.
