Salary: £13.10 - £14.10 per hour (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Day shifts)

We are partnering with Staplehurst Manor (part of Bupa) to find a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this rewarding role, you will be right at the heart of the home, providing person-centred care that promotes independence, preserves dignity, and helps residents live a life they truly love.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting residents with a wide range of needs, from meaningful companionship to respectful personal care.
Assisting with nutrition and hydration, encouraging residents to eat and drink in line with their individual care plans.
Providing essential physical and mental stimulation through engaging group and individual social activities.
Observing, managing, and documenting changes in resident behaviour while maintaining accurate care plans in line with regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Motivation, a positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to work seamlessly both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Desirable: Previous experience working in a care home environment or a relevant Health and Social Care qualification.
