Working as a permanent Housekeeping Assistant through our supportive bridge staffing agency on behalf of Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital part in ensuring the home always looks its best. The variety of housekeeping and cleaning duties you carry out will have a direct, positive impact on our residents, their visitors, and the dedicated staff supporting them—helping to maintain the warm, homely atmosphere our residents deserve.
Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)
Undertake a wide variety of housekeeping and cleaning tasks to keep the home immaculate.
Ensure all communal areas, bedrooms, and facilities are clean, safe, and tidy on a daily basis.
Contribute directly to a pleasant, hygienic, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike.
Support the broader care home team by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
