Position Details
Location: Felbridge Manor Care Home, Turners Hill Road, Copthorne, RH10 3EP
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
Hours: 33.00 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Shift: Nights
About the Role
As a Night Care Assistant, you will help residents experience peace of mind throughout the night by delivering quality, person-centred care and support. From assisting with night-time routines and food and drink to following care plans and providing comforting reassurance, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with night-time care routines, personal care, and nutritional support.
Follow tailored care plans to ensure safety, comfort, and wellbeing through the night shift.
Provide a calm, reassuring presence and build meaningful, compassionate relationships.
About You

Experience: Prior background in caring for older people.
